Are private parties able to list cars? If so, why so many dealer listings?

Yes, any private party seller can sell their car/truck, etc. Just click on "Sell Your Car" listed on the blue banner up there ^^. Why so many Dealers? Doesn't cost them anything and they have more vehicles to sell vs. the private party folks.

apparently cargurus doesnt offer that ability as of may June 2022. At least the only option I can see is to sell your vehicle directly to them (At pennies on the dollar)
