Hey, dude...couldn't figure out how you used that elaborate formula and came up with 4....V8...very few engines have 2 plugs per...they do exist but not on a '91 Lex

that is wierd. 2 per ea. as if the explosive mixture can be "more exploded"...a bit like left-hand lugnuts.

I can remember a honda that would dial the spark up twice or was it three times just to make sure someone was home...?

...thinkin' about the two sparkplugs per cylinder is a cheap-shot at reducing the compression by occupying just that extra amount of space...something like a raised dome piston (talk about a machinist's nightmare)-

Good evening Bob. Yes I had a Nissan pick mid 80's with z24 motor 4 cyl with 8 spark plugs. One of the best I've ever owned. My 07 dodge quad cab has the 5.7 v8 with 16 spark plugs. We will see if I end up liking it as much as the z24.
