Is there any fluid in the transmission? Have you replaced the fluid and filter recently?

It's a 5 speed manual transmission and rolls like neutral in any gear running or not. Help?!

Is the transfer case in neutral? If it is put the transfer case in gear or maybe it just is not all the way in 2H,4H,4L
