What are my options in looking for a reliable car over six years old that has 30+ mpg, power leather seats, and a 4-cylinder engine w/fwd?

Your best option is to look it up at http://www.fueleconomy.gov/ and see what comes up for those years. 30mpg will most likely be a VW TDI
