My son bought a used 1996 Ford Expedition. Power steering went hard? Had power steering unit flushed and unit replaced, still the problem is still there?(No Power Steering)

Air in the system, loosen one of the lines-turn wheel to full lock Hold till the fluid leaks then tighten the line back up. you will need two people to do this.
