Take the care to a mechanic. The blend doors( Control heat and cool) are probably not working. There a re a few reasons those doors may not work. 1) Motor dead. 2) temperature controller dead 3) some other part not working or broken. Obviously the first thing is have you checked your fuses? IF all good take it to a mechanic; your dash may need to come out to fix the problem.

If the fans are still working but it is blowing cold air, you may need a new thermostat. If the thermostat is stuck open the car will not get warm enough to blow hot air in the winter

if the fan works you may have a clogged heater core or the coolant level is low check the level in the radiator not the over flow bottel, just make sure to check it with the engine cold or you may get burned.
