Since gas price is so high, what are some of the fuel efficiency tips you have?

I've changed my filter to a K&N and just started using Biomeer.  Right now I'm averaging 7.6L/100KM.

You could switch to Synthetic motor oil if you haven't already. Royal Purple makes a line of synthetic motor oils and lubricants (transmission and differential) that might work for your Lancer. This should improve your mpg and lower your component heat.
