What is a certified Pre Owned vehicle ?

Dealers like to add "certified" to their used cars that are the least risky, like vehicles that have just come off lease. They add a longer warranty and you pay for that. Certified means more at a new car dealership because they keep the best used cars. Used car dealers buy what the new car dealers send off to the auction, and they try to add certified to those, but you shouldn't fall for that.
