Clean carfax no accidents but Damage
report.. how is that possible ??

Damage was not caused by an vehicular contact. Like a tree falling it or like happened to me a rock slide.

Be careful of flood damage, as with any used vehicle have it checked by your favorite shop.

Carfax reports only what they're told through car shops doing repairs. If repairs weren't done by a commercial shop or were done by the owner, this wouldn't be included in a Carfax report. This is a good reason to have a car inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase.
