why do you allow sellers to advertise fake prices

why do you allow vehicles for sale with wrong prices listed? You have sellers
advertising vehicles, then when read the fine print is says minus down
payment.

CarGurus doesn't police ads, plus hiding fees and other costs in car ads has been done for decades, going back to print ads. You as a consumer have to read the fine print, which I see you are.
