how does home delivery work?

if i get the car home delivery and its not what i thought , will i be able to send it
back or what happens?

Depends on who you bought it from. Carvana has a 7 day return policy, private dealers usually don't. I recommend you inspect the vehicle in person before purchasing or have a third party company do the same for you like lemonsquad.
