Believe me when I tell you that the last thing you want to do is call Cargurus Customer Service on the telephone!! They're rude, nasty, unwilling to help you, and will simply hang up on you!! I know from personal experience!! You should email them at user_support@cargurus.com for a prompt, courteous, helpful reply!! Jim

I have found it literally impossible to reach anyone...the reason for my call was to courteously share they are misclassifying Porsches, an example is the generic model term 911 "GTS" it is not the same as a 911S, 911 4S, 911 GT3 so please if anyone bothers to read this read your postings they are incorrect on several models like this ...and it makes a difference to the seller and the buyer...since it is a giant waste of time for both parties to list of look for a car and get hundreds of postings when in fact there may only be 2 .... if it is happening for these cars it is happening for others. If you can't get it correct, then don't post those models as an available search item or find another line of business for you $BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY
