Why does the website keep changing my home address?

Question type: General

It doesn't matter if I am using the app from my phone or directly on the website
from my computer. My zip code KEEPS CHANGING which makes it impossible
for me to know what IS in my area of interest. HOW do I stop this from
happening? Thank you.

My guess is your privacy settings prevent the CG's search engine from knowing your location. It probably picks up locations of internet servers your connection is going through.

That should not matter. Please have your IT dept correct this issue. When we are searching, we enter the zip code and range we are searching for a car located. If we are traveling (car, plane, train, boat) that should not have any affect on the zip code WE entered.
