Having problems with electrical Coraddison52

I have a 2007 F150 I put a new battery
because it sat for a little over two
years and the battery light kept
coming on so we change the
alternator so then I went to local town
and had a reverse was out and I had a
new transmission belt and then I put in
brand new tires on it and I was driving
back home and I could hear in the
motor/a sound in the motor and one
that makes it sound my whole dash
lights gauge is everything shut up at
the engine stays running what could
that be

Do some Google searches. I think the F-150 had some issues with a circuit and fuse. I dont remember the exact fuse or symptoms but this sounds like it would be along those lines. There might even be a recall on the issue. Go to ford or any recall website and use your Vin to check for recalls
