CarGurus Pay in Minnesota

Question type: General

I am in Minnesota looking to buy a vehicle from a private seller in California.  
It says I can't for one of the following reasons:

We're unable to link your bank account or you're looking to finance
We're unable to verify your ID
Your state doesn't allow an electronic Bill of Sale

I don't see a place to link my bank account or to verify my ID.

Does MN allow electronic Bill of Sale?

Hi Chad, reach out to user_support@cargurus.com to answer your questions about payment. As far as the electronic bill of sale goes, you need to contact MN Department of Motor Vehicles. Hope that helps! Jim
