Whats wrong with my 2005 f150 5.4?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Code 345..replaced cam pos sensors twice in a
week.truck constantly stalls in reverse and
occasionally at stop lights.when stalling motor is
misfiring,2nd bay knocking hard,very hard.truck
drives fine when I'm going forward, when cold and
I take it easy. When hot or driven hard and slowing
down or throwing it in reverse is when problems
happen.truck was fine till an oil change last
week.following day this started and continues
pretty much daily..

Bad cam phasers? If they are bad I would suggest installing a phaser elimination kit instead of repairing them.
