Toyota Camry loses power

My Toyota Camry loses all power
when driving

Start your car leaving park and wiggle your ignition switch if the car cuts off it is a main fuse under the plastic casing on your steering wheel column up under your signal switch,,,, it looks really weird as a white clear plastic top approximately two and a half inch round and it has like eight core in prongs coming out of it that plugs into a blue plug,,you have to remove the plastic around the ignition switch and the signal switch to locate it it's right there at your left knee when driving had this problem with my car my Honda I spent $1,000 before I figured out what the problem was good luck

very little information.. how can any experienced car person help you with your issue??!! year make model , how long you have had the car, etc.
