2007 Toyota hybrid Camry

I remove my hybrid battery and all of
my cells read eight volts but one is 6.7
is 8 V too high

If they all read 8V this is probably the normal voltage. The 6.7 cell may be bad. I don't know of any way a battery can read high, only normal or low.
