Why wont my brake lights turn off?

Brake lights wont go off replaced brake switch unplugged
CHSML they turned of switched different relay came back
on so I switched it ba CV k and still on un ppl plugged
battery for 5 minutes still on what's my problem?

What is year--make--model? I'd have to look at wiring diagram and track the circuit.
