Is car financing available from private seller?

Hi, I’m looking to buy from private seller,
google says they offer financing. How true is
it, do they let you pay the estimated payment
under the selling vehicle?

Those numbers are if you end up finance through a third party bank which Cargurus uses, like Westlake and Autopay.
