Why did Price Go Up?

Yesterday the auto advertised was 23,517 and today it is 27,995.  Is this a scam?  Isn't this false advertising?

depends on which vehicle, sir? as resident flaws are exposed, the price decreases~ the economy of the sales market, is another consideration~
