Does any ford ranger model have a starter that will
work for a 1991 mazda b2600i

No. a only a starter from a 1989 to 1993 b2600 or a Mazda MPV 1989 to 1994. The starters are different between the manual and automatic transmissions, so make sure the starter comes from the same transmission that you have. An alternative is to buy an OE starter at your local auto part store or online. Around $130.
