Absolutely. Most likely the potential buyer wants to run a vehicle history report such as carfax. Nothing wrong with that. Don't worry, they can't get any of your personal information from your VIN. They can find out what town the vehicle is registered in. But nothing else. They can't get your street address or other personal information. Hope that helps! Jim
