IMV value changes

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

When I originally posted my car, the Cargurus IMV value was $12,760.  An hour later it had changed to $12,455.  Does anyone know why?

The IMV is simply a comparison to other similar cars for sale. As cars come and go the average price changes.
