The first 4 cylinders are misfiring on 04 jeep grand Cherokee. Help

The first 4 cylinders are misfiring on 04 jeep grand
Cherokee.  What we just replaced O2 sensor, spark
plugs n coils, crank shaft position sensor. Its still
running rough n in the shop. Help pls

How about more information? Does your truck have the MDS cylinder deactivation setup? Is the check engine light on?
