what it could be?

You have tac/throttle actuator control. Any applicable trouble codes? Block off mouth of throttle, it should kill the engine. If it doesn't you got false air getting in there from somewhere, vacuum leak? There is a code for hi idle on your vehicle, p0507, but, there are a lot of possible causes.
