Which desiel truck is the most long lasting???

That is hard to say but I would pass on any Ford 6.0 or 6.4. I would also stay away from any truck that has been modified or has a tuner. Hot rod diesels are not a good bet if you want durability.

a lot depends on your preference also I like dodge but like he said stay away from truck with performance tuners

Older diesels are probably the longest lasting. Cummings 12 valve and the Ford 7.3.
