no power to fuses

I have a 2006 ford explorer with some fuses on the interior fuse box that have no power to them. the power comes from the ignition switch. the car starts and runs fine. what to do next

Any fuse that has no voltage, what is fuse number and amp rating? What circuit does the fuse control or what electrical component isn't working? If voltage comes from ignition switch, check feed to and from ignition switch. Knowing What fused component doesn't work, might help?
