I accidently took off the little bumper thing on the front end that was attached to the car by black plastic clips and 2 in the front are now broken and can't get the bumper back on

Is there an at home repair I can do or do I have to go to Toyota?

try to ask for help in craigslist, there are some auto guy who used to work for body shop but got fired. They will charge you for less and do some great job/
