THE DASH LIGHTS AND GAUGES ALL GO OUT INTERMITTENTLY .

There is a problem with the ground somewhere along it's path. recommend checking the bolt that holds the black ground cable from the chassis to the battery terminal, the one that comes from the engine to the chassis as well, these have to be free of corrosion to be makin' a good contact...your dashes and gauges are resonsible for checkin' into the chassis ground which serves the dashboard..battery maintainance, hose off the top with a garden hose, then wirebrush the posts and the terminals, wear gloves and a facemask if you're sensitive to airbourne lead and acid...but establish SOLID ground from the chassis connection to the battery...please, case adjourned~

When they act up next time, play with dash light dimmer switch.

Dimmer won't do it. That dims the lights and the gauges are going out too. Bob-Roy is on the right ground connection track.
