Where is the lever for the tilt steering wheel or is there one?

check on the bottom of the steering column- sometimes they are tucked under there (just pull it down, move it to where you want, and then click it back up again), or look for a power button on the left side of the steering column, because they sometimes have power tilt. I hope this helps.
