Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1995 e-350 club wagon with the 351. When i am driving the water
and oil pressure gauges pin to max, the parking brake and abs light
simultaneously start to blink, the speedometer jumps around and the
mileage counter blinks and goes to trip then the engines starts to down shift
and or feels like it is going to stall. If the lights are on during this problem
they dim low. It idles, charges and starts with no problem. If when idling, i
turn on the heater, you can here clicks under the right side of the dash.
When i turn the lights on when idling the engine powers down then back to
idle speed. It has a new starter and alternator.

Any codes? Could be a bad alternator failing to provide the right amount of power to the system. The clicks may be coming from the regulator that moves the a/c and heater vents, I think it is located in that area.
