I have a 92 toyota Tacoma and I dint believe my 4 wheel drive is engaging. The light comes on. It's shifts but I dint believe my wheels turn. What can I do to fix this issue?

First determine if they turn or not. Have your truck put on a rack with all four tires off the ground and put it is 4wd and check to see if all 4 turn.
