Total offer for Honda CR-V AWd ex hybrids

Good evening. Thank you for your time. I
request your advice. My 2018 new Honda
AWd CRV ex, which I got a great deal on, was
recently stolen.

I want to purchase out the door with all taxes
included at 8.25% taxes a 2020 CRV AWd ex
hybrid for $30,000 out the door.

I have been a loyal Honda owner my whole life
and will continue to do so.

I’m basing my $30k total offer on factory
invoice pricing, taxes at 8.25%, loyalty Honda
owner discount, any destination fees and
license/registration.

I know the offer is low compared to msrp of
$31,300, but is my offer an absolutely
outrageous one to a dealership or reasonable
given the recent decline of the car market. I’m
ready to purchase 100% of the price
immediately without any need for financing.

Thank you for your time, consideration, and
any advice you can provide.
