Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This thing was running rough and started to stall once in a while.  Found low fuel pressure so we changed the the pump.  pressure is good but it still cut out.  Sometimes after it is warm it will shut off 3 times a minute.  Will restart after turning off the key and turning it back on, but stalls again.  All dash lights come on and the fuel pump is still running but the fuel shuts off at the throttle body, and the engine dies.   Any clues??

I see you changed the fuel pump but did not mention the fuel filter did you change that also ? Check air filter and clean throttle body, clean or replace Idle Air Control valve or mass air flow sensor depending on which one your vehicle has add Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank.

You may want to check in the owners manual for this to see if your vehicle has a ETCS ( Electronic Throttle Control System ) fuse.
