my toyota allion 2013 give only 13km/l
It depends on your driving characteristics. If you perform quick accelerations and sudden stops you will burn more fuel. Allion has an economical drive indicator. (Green ECO sign). If this lits up while you drive you are running at optimum ranges. My 2013 allion gives fuel economy ranging from 9.5-19.7 km/l depending on the condition i drive. On an express way i get around 21 km/l where as in city traffic that reduces to 12-13 km/l. Always watch the rpm and try to keep it between 1500 and 2600. You can also keep an eye on the 'Current Fuel Consumption' to adjust your driving stance.
Yes my Allion also indicates ranges from 10km/l to even 23km/l if driving along expressways. Keep the RPM between 1000rpm to 2000rpm. On expressways, 2000rpms usually gets the Allion to about 100km/hr.
