Paint under box

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 74 C10 fleetside, I was wondering if someone could tell me if the underside of the box is painted the same as the trucks exterior color or is it black. My box at sometime in its life was changed and I am restoring back to original. Thanks

The bottom of the bed should be body color. That being said, a good cleaning and undercoating works better (Unless you are going for show quality!)
