What is the real diffferencw between say a 250 and a 350?

Suspension, springs, frame, bearings in the front and rear, in some cases the rear differential will be completely different, better cooling heavy duty transmission, engine options,wheels and tires. ECM tune. I'm sure there's more but that the basics.
