1998 for e150 cargo radio wont come on. Cant find a fuse diagram. Fuse do seem to be okay. Is there a radio relay? And is there another 12v wire i could steal power from?

I have a 2001 ford mustang gt and my car wont start cause I think the theft fuse has blown it's like it wants to start but wont turn over my fuse diagram I not in my car
