Bad idling backfiring from repair on exhaust system

I have a 99 Dodge Ram Magnum 1500 on the 5.9
360 engine. I replace the stock cold intake with a
high performance hold intake system I also
replaced the headers with a harness headers. I
also removed the catalytic converter and ran
straight pipe to Muffler and I replaced the O2
sensors Downstream and Upstream with new
ones. Why does my truck still I don't bad and
backfire and stalls out. Every time I have it on the
scanner he comes back saying the O2 sensors.
What is the problem what do I need to do to fix this

The Os sensors are telling the computer something is wrong and so it tries to adjust the engine which makes it run poorly. Reinstall the cat and it should run better.
