my dodge acts like it is losing power sometimes

i have tune up my 1998 dodge ram 1500, new wires,plugsand rotor and cap. my truck still run rough it acts like it is losing power sometimes but after giving full gas it takes off again

Check your fuel filter it may be starting to clog

it could be that the seals and bushings in the fuel pump are bad aloying it to pick up air. that would explain why when its full it runs well. I stress the could be, but something to check.
