Where would I put in the anitfreez in a 2001 Dodge
ram 1500

You will pour it in the overflow tank, fill it to the level of the full line indicated on the tank...

Yes and when the engine is cold, you can check the radiator by taking the cap off. If it is low there you can add directly to the radiator. But like joemom says, fill the overflow tank also.

U pour it in the resevior tank located near the front
