my 05 ram 1500 is running like crap changed injector 2 plugs and two coils

heard its worth a shot to pour some oil straight into spark plug hole and see if
it loosens up before spending money is it worth a try?

It would be wiser to check the valve operation from the top - remove the valve cover and check for a broken spring. turn the engine over by hand and make sure everything operates as it should.
