my 2006 dodge ram truck wont start. I visited my sibling, came out and my key wont turn

\Try to wiggle steering wheel,while trying key,All so lift up on shifter,and try key,sound,s like igintion swicth may be going bad.

If it's an automatic, go from drive to park a few times. If key still won't turn, grab the steering wheel and move it left to right very fast, all the while keep turning the key. If no luck, post back and let us know what you have tried.
