1991 Ford F150 won't crank

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Do you have fender mounted starter relay, note the picture? It should be under the hood, close to battery. If you use a screwdriver shank and touch both of those large terminals, at the same time, the starter motor should crank the engine. If you try that, make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. If it cranks, you could have problem with neutral or clutch switch, depending on your transmission.

Replaced that also. Its a manual transmission

Have you had time to jump those large studs to see if starter motor will crank the engine? If you leave the key in the on position, just where the dash lights come on, it may start and run when you jump that relay. One of those smaller terminals has to be ignition feed, key in the crank position. Just my opinion.

I can't jump the solenoid because i don't have anyone to push in the clutch. I kept turning the key over and over and it finally started and sounded like the starter was still going so i turned it off real quick.

Just to add, if you jump the relay, the starter motor will crank the engine, regardless of the clutch. For safeties sake, you have to be sure the vehicle can't move. Just my opinion. Safety is your responsibility. As far as the other issue, maybe starter motor hung-up on flywheel? Your ignition switch should be spring loaded from start/crank position, springs back to run position, which removes crank feed from starter relay, so, no more crank.
