driver side elec window motor runs but window doesn't go up or down it will with help pushing & pull

    is there a way to drill hole inside door to repair gear, or see whats is wrong?

I had the same problem on my '94 Landcruiser. The window mechanism had come aprat inside the door. I took off the internal door panel and there 's an arm underneath the window - this needed adjusting. Quite easy really. I guess most windows operate in a similar way. Hope this helps :o)

if you will remove the door panel you will see an indentation near the door motor. use a 1" hole saw, make a hole and then remove the motor. take the gears apart and go to your nearest parts store and replace the plastic gears. i did this to my "89" and it works great.
