1983 f150 fuel shutt off/inertia switch location

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have looked every for this fuel shut off valve. I
have the original manual and a haneys manual.
They both say the location is on the toe board,
behind right kick panel, left of brake pedal. Ive look
behind both kick panels all around the toe board
and under the dash. Ive looked under the car, in the
engine bay....did someone remove it? If so how can
i tell or am i not looking in the right spot?

under dash passenger side in right corner,black with red button.
