lift kits

i want to lift my 1989 burban,454,2wd. but i cant find anyone that make a kit for a 2wd, want to go aleast 6"-8" on it. any feedback would be helpful.

Not sure it matters it is 2wd in those years as both are front and rear springs. I believe the high-rate springs for your lift will work the same whether 2/4wd (or blocks in the back) but anything to do with the driveline will not be needed. I would call a spring company and have them made and then probably a new rear driveshaft for that height lift.
