Do you have 12V's to the lamp socket? Do you have voltage to the switch you replaced?

I'm assuming there is . Only thing changed was the headlight switch

A 12 volt meter can be purchased for about 15 bucks. You are going to need it trace the problem. Or you can get a 12V test light and pigtail to do the same thing.

It was the headlight socket .
