There should be a 10mm screw you have to remove from the top side in front of the fuse, then open up the box on the side of it and i believe its a 8mm screw that must be removed and then you can pull the fuse.

Maybe you have a parasitic draw somewhere with something not turning off that is draining the battery.

Is that. Fuse a windowtop Yellow top or green, or blue? And do they look like they should be able to be pulled out like others close to it? Im not to proud to tell you, that i thought they were pull out too! Lol. And i thought. It was just stuck, and I was bound and determined , AND IT FINALLY BROKE THE LITTLE STAINLESS STEEL EYE , LOL . BOY DID I HAVE A GOOD LAUGH AT MYSELF. You want to hear the funny part was I did twice! First with my toyota Supra, then. A bunch of years later, with the Lexus LS 400. BUT TO MY LEARNING FROM THE FIRST TIME, it didnt. Take me to long to realize it was the same type of little boxie Type of fuse, relay type of thing. I was floored, to find out. Those little bastards actually bolt in. So I made a couple little modifications, and made mine easy plug in, pull out. Just clip off the bottom of the eye loop, and i never had any connection issues.
